Remify Purple Sea Moss Gel is made fresh in weekly batches rather than mass-produced and warehoused, so every order goes out as close to preparation as possible. Here's how delivery works.

1. Fresh Batch Delivery

This weekly rhythm ensures your gel is prepared and delivered as fresh as possible.

2. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to eligible locations across Kenya. Coverage, delivery method, and any applicable delivery charges may vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

For locations within Nairobi, deliveries are typically completed within the day. For locations outside Nairobi, delivery may take slightly longer depending on the courier partner serving that area.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation with your scheduled delivery date. We may reach out by phone or WhatsApp closer to your delivery day to confirm your address and availability.

4. Receiving a Perishable Product

Sea Moss Gel is a refrigerated, perishable product. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery on the scheduled day, and refrigerate the product promptly once it arrives.

If we're unable to reach you or complete delivery due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number, a second delivery attempt may carry an additional charge, which we'll always confirm with you first.

5. Delivery Fees

Any applicable delivery fee will be calculated based on your location and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment — no surprise charges.

6. Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control — traffic, weather, courier availability, or public holidays — may affect delivery timing. If your delivery is delayed, we'll do our best to keep you informed and get your order to you as quickly as possible.
